The Two Lincoln roof deck offers stunning skyline views, making it the perfect setting for various events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. With ample seating and plenty of space to mix and mingle, your guests are sure to be impressed.

Our resident lounge, located on the second floor, is also available for private events. This cozy and modern space is ideal for more formal or informal occasions, such as holiday events, birthday parties or wedding showers.

Roof Deck Rates

$300/hr (2-hour minimum) | $250 Refundable Deposit | 30 people maximum capacity

Reserved area consists of the North Side Pergola with TVs, grills and dining table with additional lounge seating.

Lounge Rates

$150/hr (2-hour minimum) | $250 Refundable Deposit | 50 people maximum capacity

Reserved area consists of the entire 2nd floor lounge.

Rental Guidelines:

Resident must be present for the duration of the event. Resident agrees to have guests leave the reserved amenity space at the end of the event.
Resident and their associated guests shall comply with all community rules and regulations as listed in lease agreement.
Resident ensures all guests understand that Two Lincoln Square is a non-smoking building.
Resident assumes full risk and responsibility of his/her guests’ conduct, damage to the property, and/or personal injury that occurs during the rental.
All payments are due payable no later than 2 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via the resident portal or in the form of a personal check.
Resident will be allowed to set up for their event no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their event. Break down is to be complete no later than 30 minutes after reservation end time.
All clean-up must be completed by the rental end time noted above. Should there be an excessive amount of cleaning required, a minimum cleaning fee of $150/hr will be assessed.
Pets are prohibited from occupying all resident amenities
