Paying Your Rent
Please note rent is due on the 1st of every month. The grace period to pay rent expires on the 5th, making any and all payments posted to your account on or after the 6th considered late where a $50 late fee will apply. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your payment reaches us on or before the 5th.
For your convenience, rent can be paid online via the resident portal (RentCafe), or by dropping off a check at the management office on the 8th floor or at the front desk with the concierge. Rent checks are made payable to “Two Lincoln Square”.
