Subletting Policy
To proceed with the subleasing process, we kindly request a formal submission from you that includes the following information:

1. The term of the sublease
2. The proposed sublessee's full name and address
3. The tenant's justification for subletting
4. The tenant's address during the sublease period
5. Written consent from any co-tenants or guarantors associated with the lease
6. A copy of the proposed sublease agreement
Additionally, the prospective sublessee is required to complete an application, which incurs a fee of $10. This fee will enable us to conduct a background and credit check. A copy of their identification, cell phone number, and email address will also be necessary.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying rent and amenity fees for the apartment as the original tenant. The sublessee will not have the authority to submit work orders, and all communications from management, such as construction updates and event notifications, will be directed to you. You are not permitted to sublet the final 30 days of your lease. All sublets are subject to approval, and the tenant remains liable for all obligations under the lease.
