Early Termination Policy
We understand that sometimes, certain unpredictable situations happen in life, and you might be unable to complete your lease. It can be a stressful and complicated situation for everyone. Before breaking a lease, residents should review their lease agreement to understand the process and associated fees.
The fees and penalties are as follows:
-
Residents must provide 60 days' notice of their intent to break their lease. During the 60 days, the tenant is responsible for the rent.
-
A 2-month penalty must be paid at the time notice is received. The 60 days’ notice then begins.
-
An Early Termination Agreement must be signed.

In total, a lease break is equal to roughly four months' rent.
If you need to break your lease due to unforeseen circumstances such as job relocation, family emergencies, or financial hardship, please communicate with the management team immediately.
