Pets Policy

We know how much joy pets bring to our residents, and we're thrilled that you're considering sharing your home with a furry companion. Our community is committed to making your experience as a pet owner positive and welcoming. Below you'll find our support animal policy, designed to ensure a safe and happy environment for everyone in the building.

Animal Limit:

Under no circumstances may Tenant harbor more than two (2) animals in the Apartment at any time.

Vaccinations & Veterinary Care:

Pets must be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Feline Herpesvirus, and Calicivirus. Animals must be taken to a vet once a year for a full checkup and treatment for any illness or infestation.

Proof of Compliance:

Proof of vaccinations and veterinary examinations must be provided to  Two Lincoln Square at the on-site management office within 14 days after executing the Pet rider.

• Current photo

• Most recent vet records

​

Required Documentation

(dogs only)

• Letter from provider regarding a need for an Emotional Support Animal

• Service Animal documentation (if applicable)

• NYC Dog License

​

Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Pets cannot exceed 40lbs.
