Two Lincoln Square is located in the heart of Lincoln Square and offers a selection of luxury one and two-bedroom rental apartment homes. We are minutes from Central Park and have direct access to the cultural center of Lincoln Center and all that the Upper West Side has to offer.
If you are ready to make Two Lincoln Square your new home, follow these steps and you will be home before you know it.
Step One:
Submit Your Application
Email your leasing professional and they will send you a link to RentCafe where you will submit your application. Please understand that submitting an application does not remove the apartment home from the market. The only way to secure your new home is by submitting a 100% refundable deposit. You will have 48 hours to submit all your documents while the unit is off the market.
Step Two:
Submit your Documents
All documents must be received within 24 hours of application submittal, or the apartment will be put back on the market.
The income requirement is 40x the rent annually. If you don't meet the income requirement, we accept Insurent, The Guarantors, or personal guarantors for lease guaranty. Personal guarantors must be US-based and make 80X the monthly rent in income. They must also apply along with the required documents listed above.

Three most recent Bank Statements

Employment Letter (must be on business stationery stating job title, salary, length of employment and eligibility for, and amount, of any bonuses)

Three most recent Pay Stubs
*If you are self-employed, you must provide tax returns for the past two years along with a CPA letter verifying your last two years' Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
Step Three:
Approval
Once your application has been approved, your leasing professional will work with you to complete the last few steps and make your move-in seamless. If for some reason, your application is not approved, we will go over the results with you and see what other options you have.
